End User License Agreement
Desk Beast is licensed, not sold, to you by Groot Studios LLC (the “Licensor”).
License terms
Your use of the Desk Beast app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), with Groot Studios LLC as the Application Provider. The Standard EULA grants you a non-transferable license to use Desk Beast on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply. If there is a conflict between them and the Standard EULA about your license to use the app, the Standard EULA controls.
About the Application Provider
- Groot Studios LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for Desk Beast and its content, and for providing maintenance and support.
- Desk Beast Pro is sold through the App Store; billing, refunds and family sharing are handled by Apple.
